Official sequence

First stage

Territorial establishment

Create neighborhood and village cells, expand and organize the grassroots base, and establish initiative committees for statutory movements.

Second stage

Membership cards

Prepare membership-card distribution once cards and the governed enrollment process are ready.

Third stage

Formal recognition

Officially install sections, coordinations and movements provided for in the party statutes.

Cells, sections, coordinations and movements are intended to bring people together around the political project, convey community concerns, promote development projects and strengthen a lasting positive presence on the ground.

Their composition should reflect the diversity of each locality in a spirit of openness, unity and responsibility.
