KIIRAAY — Les Patriotes Républicains is the controller for the membership service presented on kiiraaysenegal.org. This notice covers the application, human review, decision, member register, card, and consent evidence.

Information collected
First name, last name, optional preferred name and birth date, phone and/or email, region, department, municipality, optional village or neighborhood, service language, and eligibility attestations. No national-ID photo or number, biometric, or voting intention is requested.
Purposes
Review the voluntary application, prevent duplicates, document the decision, issue and verify a card after approval, secure the service, and maintain an audit trail. Email, WhatsApp, and SMS choices are optional and independent; no message is dispatched until an approved channel is opened.
Optional territorial diagnostic
The 23 answers are encrypted in a separate store without a name, contact detail, member number, or link to the application. They are used only for aggregate findings and recommendations. Groups with fewer than ten answers are suppressed.
Recipients and decisions
Only accounts authorized for the necessary role and territorial scope can access the information. A reviewer starts the review and a different person makes the decision. No membership decision, individual profile, or political recommendation is automated.
Security and retention
Personal data and responses are encrypted at rest; sessions, roles, rate limits, and sensitive events are enforced by the server. The application has a retention review after 730 days and the diagnostic after 365 days. Active member records and necessary evidence are retained under applicable obligations and reviewed thereafter.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, withdrawal of an optional consent, objection, or deletion where permitted. Withdrawing a communication channel does not affect membership. Keep your application reference to help with any request.
